A: Orders can only be amended or canceled within the first 30 minutes of placing them. After this, the order is processed automatically. You can return items after delivery if needed.

Delivery

A: We offer standard, express, and same-day delivery in select areas. Check the available options during checkout or via your tracking link.

Q: Can I change my delivery address?
A: Delivery addresses can be updated within 30 minutes of placing your order. After that, you can use alternative delivery options provided by our shipping partner.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Standard delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Express options may take 1–2 working days, depending on your location.

Returns & Refunds

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Visit our returns page and follow the instructions. Returns typically take up to 14 working days to process, with confirmation sent within 5 days.

Q: What items cannot be returned?
A: Certain perishable items or personalized products are non-returnable. Please check the product description before ordering.

Payments & Promotions

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Q: Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?

Q: How do I care for balloons?
